Job summary

First Tech seeks a Vice President of Digital Product for Online & Mobile Banking to shape the enterprise vision and execution of consumer digital platforms. This leader will drive a unified, secure, and high‑performing experience for members, guiding strategy, discovery, delivery, and modernization.

Key responsibilities include owning the product lifecycle, coordinating with risk/compliance, and mentoring PMs to deliver measurable business outcomes in a hybrid Hillsboro, OR environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product operations or product management.
• 10+ years as a people leader managing diverse teams.
• Track record delivering complex digital products in regulated environments.
• Deep expertise in online and mobile banking platforms.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to influence across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk and Compliance.
• Experience building high-performance product teams in fast-paced settings.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term product vision for consumer Online & Mobile Banking.
• Establish a unified digital banking platform with scalable experiences.
• Set principles and guardrails for cross-functional teams and partners.
• Anticipate evolving member needs including AI-driven features.
• Own the full lifecycle from strategy through delivery and modernization.
• Balance improvements with platform performance, security, and reliability.
• Partner with Experience Excellence and Operations to reduce friction.
• Drive an enterprise roadmap aligned to member outcomes and business value.
• Lead and mentor Product Managers for core digital banking domains.
• Define discovery and delivery processes driven by member insights.
• Track adoption, engagement, resilience, and satisfaction to guide iterations.
• Lead the digital banking function in executive and governance forums.
