Job summary

Invenergy, LLC is seeking a Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCDR) Owner to lead the development, testing, and continuous improvement of resilience programs across the company’s technology and operations.

You will partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, applications, OT, and executives to ensure critical functions can withstand disruptions. The role oversees BCP/DR lifecycle, tests, and governance across a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or Operational Resilience.
• Experience developing and maintaining BCPs and DRPs and facilitating recovery exercises.
• Strong understanding of hybrid environments including cloud, on-premises, and SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve enterprise BCPs and DRPs and recovery procedures.
• Conduct BIAs and risk assessments to identify critical processes and recoverable dependencies.
• Set Recovery Time Objectives and Recovery Point Objectives across services.
• Coordinate and run tabletop exercises, technical recovery tests, and annual validations.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and OT teams to document and test recovery capabilities.
• Track remediation actions from testing, audits, incidents, and lessons learned.
