U.S. Bank is seeking a Principal Technologist - Resiliency & Availability to lead enterprise-wide resiliency, recovery, and data protection capabilities.

You will partner with architects, engineers, and business teams to ensure reliability and operational readiness across servers, storage, networks, and cloud environments. This senior role requires deep infrastructure expertise, strong executive communication skills, and the ability to drive roadmaps, maturity assessments, and governance across

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in infrastructure technology, architecture, engineering, platform services, resiliency, data protection, or related disciplines.
• Broad technical expertise across servers, storage, networking, databases, middleware, cloud, and mainframe.
• Experience developing executive communications, strategies, and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of resiliency, availability, disaster recovery, and data protection across Infrastructure Technology.
• Assess capability maturity and identify opportunities to improve resilience and operational readiness.
• Drive adoption of best-in-class resiliency and recovery capabilities across domains.
• Translate complex capabilities for executives, auditors, and risk stakeholders.
• Develop executive presentations, strategy documents, and capability guides.
