Qualifications

• 15+ years in program management or transformation leadership.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise strategy into a coherent portfolio of programs and outcomes.
• Lead design and execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives such as platform modernization, cloud migration, AI enablement.
• Establish and evolve the Technology PMO operating model, methodologies, and tooling.
• Drive governance, budget, risk, and KPI alignment across the portfolio.
• Lead executive reviews and provide data-driven visibility to CTO/CIO and board.
