Job summary

IPSY is seeking a VP, TPM to partner with the CTO and lead the centralized TPM function across the technology organization. This hybrid role blends strategy, execution, and technical fluency for a high-growth ecommerce platform with peak commerce events.

The role owns a portfolio of strategic tech programs—platform modernization, checkout/payments, fulfillment, personalization, and subscription systems—while building governance, cadence, and instrumentation for fast, reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technology leadership spanning strategy, programs, and digital operations.
• 5+ years in a PMO role with executive-level collaboration.
• Experience in consumer-facing digital products, ecommerce, or subscription platforms.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent; Agile certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic execution and the CTO enablement across the technology org.
• Define governance, operating models, and portfolio management.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs with scale.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve delivery predictability.
• Oversee resource planning, budgeting, and performance metrics.
