The role drives strategy, performance, and alignment with clinical priorities and growth objectives across dialysis equipment, water systems, and facility infrastructure. The VP leads long-term planning, innovation, and enterprise performance, standardizing practices, ensuring safety, and building leadership across the technical organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in biomedical tech, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience in a multi-site healthcare environment.
• Deep knowledge of dialysis equipment, water systems, and regulatory standards.
• Proven ability to lead large, geographically dispersed teams.
