Job summary

Rendevor Dialysis is seeking a Vice President of Operations, Post-Acute, to lead the division’s growth across multiple states, ensuring clinical quality, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. The role reports to the COO and requires building a high-performing leadership team.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Clinical Quality to drive accountable action plans, manage multi-site operations, and deliver sustainable growth in SNF dialysis programs while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field required; executive healthcare operations experience may be considered.
• 7+ years of healthcare operations leadership across multiple markets.
• Strong financial acumen with full P&L and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Post-Acute division strategy and multi-state growth.
• Oversee P&L, budgets, and operational performance across facilities.
• Partner with Clinical Quality, Finance, and Sales to ensure alignment.
• Develop leadership within Area Managers and ensure succession planning.
