Job summary
Rendevor Dialysis seeks a results-driven Vice President of Operations, Post-Acute, to lead multi-state dialysis operations. You will drive strategic execution, build leadership pipelines, and ensure financial and clinical excellence across SNF-based programs.
You will partner with the COO, CFO, and clinical leaders to optimize patient care, regulatory compliance, and growth. This role offers a remote/home-office arrangement with travel to facilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Seven or more years of healthcare operations leadership across multiple sites.
- Experience managing executive relationships, patient care, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong financial acumen with full P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
Responsibilities
- Lead Post-Acute operations strategy across multiple markets.
- Own divisional P&L, budgeting, and performance metrics.
- Develop leaders, staffing plans, and operational systems.
- Drive customer and physician partnerships, and service quality.
- Oversee new program launches and implementation milestones.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
