Job summary

Rendevor Dialysis is seeking a Vice President of Operations, Post-Acute, to lead our expanding dialysis services in skilled nursing facilities across multiple states. This executive will drive strategic direction, operating standards, and financial performance for the Post-Acute division.

The role requires extensive multi-site healthcare operations experience, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate with physicians, payors, and customers to ensure quality care and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing, operations management, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in business administration, healthcare administration, nursing, or public health.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for all Post-Acute operations and establish strategy, standards, and cadence for scalable division growth across markets.
• Oversee daily SNF dialysis program operations through Area Managers, ensuring reliable, safe, and contract-compliant service delivery.
• Own full P&L, budgeting, labor, travel, and other operating expenses; partner with Finance to improve profitability.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Quality, Compliance, Sales, and Operations to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop leadership, staffing, and training plans; build scalable operating systems and escalation paths to manage risks.
