Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Vice President of Home Programs to oversee national home dialysis initiatives, set vision, standards, and long-range roadmap.

The role partners with Operations, Clinical, Regulatory, Growth and HR to improve performance, ensure compliance, and expand access.

Frequent travel to IRC locations; serves as advisor to COO and represents strategy at national level.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership across multi-site programs.
• Ability to influence without direct line authority.
• Experience setting strategy and driving national program growth.
• Deep familiarity with home dialysis from clinical and growth perspectives.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the national strategic direction, guidelines, and roadmap for IRC Home Program.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, OSHA, and HIPAA across operations.
• Translate ESRD Medicare/state requirements into compliant operating models.
• Drive growth and scale of home program across locations.
• Establish national standards for coordinator training with clinical leadership.
• Review monthly outcomes and set targets; drive improvement.
• Represent IRC’s home program strategy at national industry forums.
