Job summary

Proficient in project methodologies across the full lifecycle.

Comfortable working with independence and initiative.
Interest in emerging technologies like Generative AI for program mgmt.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders across Morgan Stanley Technology teams to ensure timely delivery of workstreams across projects.
Develop project plans and obtain senior management approval.
Manage project administration, risks, change control, budgets, interdependencies, and governance reporting.
Deliver project outputs on time and within budget.
Leverage AI to identify efficiency improvements.
Lead and motivate project teams and create initiation documentation.
Prepare steering committee materials and lessons learned.
