Job summary

Synchrony seeks a Program Leader to guide cross-functional transformation programs across Technology and Operations, ensuring end-to-end delivery and alignment with enterprise strategy. You will drive an outcomes-based roadmap and manage dependencies across multiple Agile Release Trains and partner teams.

This role requires 12+ years in technology with 5+ years of people leadership, deep SAFe/Agile experience, and a proven track record in delivering large-scale initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of technology experience and 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong servicing/collections operations knowledge and enabling tech stack.
• 10+ years of program management with Agile/SAFe experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Agile initiatives using SAFe methodologies.
• Coordinate delivery across ARTs, SIs, and partner teams.
• Develop and execute program plans and communicate milestones, risks, and issues.
• Manage cross-ART dependencies and prioritization to ensure on-time delivery.
• Own the overall program budget and financial governance.
• Coach Lean-Agile mindset and practices across teams.
• Align strategy, roadmap, and execution with stakeholders.
• Drive AI adoption and process improvements in Operations.
