Job summary

Goldman Sachs seeks a Vice President - Technical Program Manager to drive platform vision, program execution, and cross-functional delivery across trading desks and research teams. Qualifications

7+ years of experience in technical program management or platform engineering within finance/fintech.
Experience defining modular platform architectures, open plugin frameworks, APIs, and SDKs.
Hands-on experience with HITL governance, UI/UX for dashboards, and risk/compliance considerations.
Experience with enterprise MLOps including feature stores, data cataloging, model registries, and lineage.
Familiarity with time-series data infrastructure and high-frequency data handling.
Knowledge of quantitative trading concepts and research workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end platform program management with multi-team coordination.
Define modular architecture, SDKs, APIs, and plugin standards for internal clients.
Design HITL workflows and intuitive dashboards with real-time visibility and audit trails.
Oversee scalable data and MLOps infrastructure with lineage tracking and metadata catalogs.
