Blackstone seeks a dynamic Product Manager for its Investor Technology team to own initiatives from inception to delivery, bridging strategy and execution. You will work with investment professionals, developers, and stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions that simplify complex workflows and empower non-technical users.

You’ll lead MVP definitions, prioritize backlogs, and push for integrated, end-to-end outcomes across CRM, reporting, and data platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field and 3+ years in management consulting, financial services, project management, and/or business analytics.
• You are data driven and can translate user needs into actionable requirements.
• You communicate clearly, drive consensus among stakeholders, and deliver high quality results.

Responsibilities

• Own Business Problem-Solving: define, structure, and deliver strategic technology initiatives across Investor Technology.
• Translate Needs into Execution: document and triage requests across CRM, reporting, data, and workflow systems; define MVPs and backlogs.
• Drive Product and Data Strategy: lead intake and refinement of technology and data asks related to sales tracking, client engagement, and analytics.
• Be the ‘Super Connector’: coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology.
• Enable Better Decision-Making: maintain data tables powering downstream reporting and analytics.
• Institutionalize Process & Governance: partner with global teams to document recurring issues and propose solutions.
