You will translate business needs into actionable MVPs, partner with professionals across CRM, reporting, and data systems, and drive adoption through data-driven prioritization.

You’ll coordinate across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver end-to-end solutions and enable faster, smarter decisions for senior leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 3+ years in management consulting, financial services, project management, or business analytics preferred.
• You design and communicate user flows and requirements.
• You leverage data to drive prioritization and decisions.

• Own Business Problem-Solving: define, structure, and deliver strategic technology initiatives across Investor Technology.
• Translate Needs into Execution: document and triage requests across CRM, reporting, and data systems; define MVPs; prioritize backlogs.
• Drive Product and Data Strategy: lead intake and refinement of tech and data asks related to sales tracking and analytics.
• Be the ‘Super Connector’: coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology for complete solutions.
• Enable Better Decision-Making: maintain data tables powering downstream reporting and insights for leadership.
• Institutionalize Process & Governance: document recurring issues and champion sustainable ways of working.
