Job summary

Bodwé Professional Services seeks a Vice President of Technology & Innovation to shape how we deploy technology across Delivery, Growth, and Enterprise. You will lead BIM/CAD, AI adoption, and digital-delivery efforts, while aligning governance, security, and organizational change with our federal contracting focus.

The role reports to the Executive Vice President, Enterprise, and requires building an integrated tech capability across multiple offices, vendors, and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, computer or information science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in technology, digital delivery, or innovation, including 5+ years leading teams or a function, within an AEC, construction, engineering, consulting, or related professional-services organization.
• Strong knowledge of BIM, CAD, project-delivery technologies, and the broader AEC technology ecosystem.
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI, automation, data, and workflow technologies with measurable results.
• Experience leading technology adoption, training, and organizational change.
• Experience developing business cases, budgets, and implementation roadmaps, and managing technology vendors and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop technology strategy and innovation roadmap aligned with Bodwé's business, growth, and delivery objectives.
• Lead BIM, CAD, and related digital-delivery capabilities with direct reports.
• Oversee AI, automation, and data workflow initiatives with governance for security and compliance.
• Drive organizational change, adoption strategies, and training programs across the enterprise.
• Manage technology budget, vendor contracts, and procurement decisions.
