Job summary

Bodwé Professional Services is seeking a Vice President of Technology & Innovation to shape and scale how technology drives delivery, growth, and client outcomes. You will connect AEC production tech, BIM/CAD, AI, and data-driven workflows across the organization, while ensuring cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.

You’ll build an integrated capability, manage budgets, and lead a team including BIM/CAD managers and IT operations, reporting to the Executive Vice President, Enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• 12+ years in technology, digital delivery, or innovation.
• 5+ years leading teams in AEC or related field.
• Strong knowledge of BIM, CAD, and project-delivery tech.
• Experience implementing AI, automation, data, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Bodwé’s technology and innovation strategy.
• Maintain a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with strategy.
• Lead BIM, CAD, and digital-delivery capabilities with direct reports.
• Lead AI adoption and governance for client data.
• Oversee technology budget, procurement, and vendor contracts.
