Job summary

Bodwé, the professional services group of Mno-Bmadsen, seeks a Vice President of Technology & Innovation to shape how technology drives delivery, growth, and enterprise capability. You’ll lead BIM/CAD, AI, and digital-delivery initiatives, while managing cybersecurity, compliance, and IT governance across projects.

The role reports to the EVP, with BIM CAD Managers and IT Leads as direct reports. Requires 12+ years, a relevant degree, and strong leadership in an AEC context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and strong domain knowledge.
• 12+ years’ experience in technology, digital delivery, or innovation in AEC/consulting.
• Strong knowledge of BIM, CAD, and project-delivery tech.
• Experience implementing AI, automation, data, and workflows.
• Experience leading technology adoption and organizational change.
• Experience with budgets, business cases, and vendor management.
• Familiarity with federal contracting standards (CMMC, NIST SP 800-171).
• Excellent executive communication and strategic leadership.
• Must meet travel and identification requirements (Real ID/Passport).
• Must hold/obtain valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead technology and innovation strategy.
• Build multi-year tech roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Lead BIM/CAD standards and digital-delivery capabilities.
• Identify and implement AI, automation, and workflow tech.
• Govern AI use and manage client data with compliance.
• Drive adoption, training, and organizational capability.
• Oversee IT operations, budgets, and vendor contracts.
• Brief leadership on investments and risks.
