Job summary

Bodwé Group seeks a Vice President of Technology & Innovation to drive how the company leverages technology to improve delivery, growth, and client outcomes. You will identify, evaluate, and scale AI, automation, data, and digital workflows across the organization.

This role partners with Delivery leadership and reports to the Executive Vice President, Enterprise, with BIM/CAD managers and IT Operations Lead reporting directly. Hybrid work in Michigan with travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, computer or information science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in technology, digital delivery, or innovation in AEC/construction/consulting.
• Experience leading technology adoption, training, and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with the company's plan.
• Own BIM/CAD standards, tools, workflows, and training across offices.
• Build governance for AI use and ensure security/compliance in technology implementations.
