Job summary

Berkley Accident & Health, part of Berkley, seeks a Vice President of Technology & Data Solutions to lead technology platforms, data capabilities, and reporting to support strategic objectives. The role blends technology leadership, vendor management, data strategy, and operational oversight.

The successful candidate will oversee data governance, AI initiatives, and ensure teams have the tools needed for underwriting, sales, claims, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience in management, implementation and execution of various IT projects.
• Strong IT and data infrastructure capabilities.
• Familiarity with David Young System/Connexure, Salesforce or other database management systems

Responsibilities

• Own and manage relationships with the company's key technology vendors and strategic technology partners.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to evaluate enhancements and integrations.
• Partner with business operations to identify and execute AI and automation initiatives.
• Oversee database management, data quality, and information architecture.
• Own and enhance reporting capabilities that support underwriting, sales, claims, finance, and executive leadership.
