Job summary

TTI, Milwaukee Tool, and Consumer brands seek a Vice President, Talent Technology to define strategy and governance for global HR tech across the portfolio. You will set roadmaps, standards, and operating models, partnering with Finance, Legal, IT, and executives to drive efficiency, compliance, and growth.

You’ll lead through other leaders, building a scalable, data-driven talent tech organization while coordinating with Talent Centers of Excellence and business partners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated executive leadership experience.
• Experience building and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong data governance and analytics background.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead multi-year Talent Technology strategy globally.
• Govern governance, standards, and operating models across brands.
• Partner with IT, Legal, Security, and Finance on data protection and architecture.
• Build and develop a high-performing Talent Technology organization.
