The role defines strategy, architecture, governance, and a roadmap to improve efficiency, insight, and growth while collaborating with IT, Legal, Finance, and executives. 20% travel, in-office in Milwaukee, WI.

Qualifications

• Requires 12+ years of progressive Talent/HR Technology, HRIS, People Analytics, Enterprise Systems, Digital Product Management, or related experience.
• Proven success defining and executing enterprise HR technology or digital experience strategies.
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the multi-year Talent Technology strategy and global portfolio.
• Establish governance, standards, and roadmap for HR systems and digital experiences.
• Partner with Talent, IT, Finance, Legal, and executives to translate strategy into priorities.
• Build and develop a high-performing Talent Technology organization.
• Drive data protection, compliance, and data quality across platforms.
