Job summary
Milwaukee Tool seeks a Vice President, Talent Technology to define strategy, architecture, and governance for HR systems across Milwaukee Tool, Consumer brands, and TTI. You will lead through others, align cross‑functional partners, and drive data, analytics, and AI‑enabled talent experiences to support growth.
The role requires 12+ years in Talent/HR tech, senior leadership, and a proven ability to scale operating models, governance, and data standards in a complex, high‑growth environment.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive Talent/HR technology, HRIS, People Analytics, or related experience.
- Senior leadership experience leading through other leaders and managing multi-layered teams.
- Proven success defining and executing enterprise or multi-business HR technology, systems transformation, data, or digital experience strategies.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the multi-year Talent Technology strategy and global portfolio.
- Own HCM, talent acquisition, learning, performance, compensation, time and attendance, and workforce planning ecosystems.
- Lead governance, operating model, and standards; partner with IT, Security, Legal, and business leaders; build a scalable organization.
