Career Land Center is hiring a Vice President of Surgical Services for a 422-bed Magnet-designated facility in Denver, CO. The role oversees a surgical services division, aligning clinical quality, throughput, and safety with budget and capital planning.

You will drive strategy, identify new services, manage 750 surgeries per month, and build physician networks to strengthen the service line’s market position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5 years of Surgical Services experience required, including acute care.
• 2–3 years of Director-level experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a surgical services division of ~125 FTEs across 23 ORs in two locations.
• Drive strategic planning, business development, and market opportunities.
• Own clinical quality, patient safety, throughput, and capacity planning.
• Oversee budgets, capital equipment prioritization, and labor productivity.
• Build physician alignment and referral networks to strengthen market position.
