Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Master's degree or approved education plan preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in Surgical Services.
• Minimum 2–3 years of Director level experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and business development for the surgical services line.
• Drive quality, patient safety, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with physicians and administrators to grow services and differentiate the offering.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and drive patient throughput initiatives.
