Job summary

Reliable Safety and Flow Corporation seeks a Vice President, Supply Chain Planning in Oak Brook, IL. This executive will own enterprise planning strategy across demand, supply, production, material planning, and S&OP, driving standard processes and KPIs across sites.

The role demands 15+ years of supply chain leadership, deep ERP/MRP experience, and a proven ability to translate planning improvements into measurable business results.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive supply chain experience.
• Proven experience leading a large planning organization (20+ planners, analysts, managers).
• Proven experience transforming S&OP/IBP in a multi-site environment.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP and planning technology.
• Ability to tie supply chain initiatives to EBITDA, working capital and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year supply chain planning transformation roadmap aligned with growth and value creation.
• Establish a disciplined S&OP/IBP process connecting Commercial, Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement and Finance.
• Lead demand planning, forecasting, and capacity planning across the enterprise.
• Develop inventory, capacity and production planning strategies to optimize service and capital.
