Job summary

Perch Energy seeks a Senior Director of Subscription Services and Market Operations to lead a multidisciplinary team in managing subscriptions, sizing, banking, and compliance across markets. You’ll partner with Sales, Onboarding, Policy, Legal, and COO to optimize portfolios for ARR growth and profitability.

The role requires deep experience in community solar, strong leadership, and a track record in complex markets such as OR, VA, IL, NM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Energy, Finance, Business or Administration, Master’s a plus.
• 4+ years in Community Solar or related subscription management roles.
• Strong knowledge of sizing, bank optimization, and market requirements.
• Experience with utility relationships and LMI/anchor market knowledge.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint; Salesforce, SQL, BI tools experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of managers and analysts to deliver subscription management and market ops services.
• Identify opportunities to streamline business using AI.
• Serve as SME for sizing, banking, subscriber & project compliance across markets.
• Maintain KPIs for fill rate, bank management, and compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align projects with regulatory and underwriting needs.
