Job summary

JPMorgan Chase, through its Chief Administrative Office, seeks a Vice President to lead Strategy & Process Improvement initiatives across global operations and administrative functions. You will guide project delivery, shape operating models, and collaborate with senior leaders to drive AI adoption and efficiency.

You will manage 2-4 person teams, deliver data-driven insights, and present recommendations to senior executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with a top-tier management consulting firm, internal consulting organization, or corporate strategy team.
• Strong problem-solving and issue identification skills, with the ability to structure complex strategic questions into clear objectives and deliverables.
• Skills gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data from multiple sources using data analysis and visualization tools.
• Ability to lead an overall project from start to finish, escalating and seeking help where necessary.

Responsibilities

• Fully own the day-to-day delivery of a project, which could span process improvement, organizational transformation, and functional strategy efforts.
• Develop project-specific content and domain knowledge quickly and actively lead team problem-solving sessions.
• Lead the team in gathering, modeling, and analyzing data to test hypotheses, through the identification of trends and key insights.
• Produce high-quality presentation materials to summarize findings and recommendations and influence senior leaders.
• Help guide client interviews to gather baseline information and work with internal client teams to define business pain points and opportunities.
• Work closely with stakeholders to develop and refine recommended solutions to address issues.
• Establish excellent relationships with internal clients and senior leaders.
• Manage overall project deadlines and timeframes, proactively escalating issues and roadblocks as needed.
• Be receptive to coaching and feedback via an apprenticeship development model.
• Effectively lead a team of 2-3 junior Analysts & Associates to drive the project to completion, and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship for their development.
