Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York and Dallas seeks a Strategy & Process Improvement Vice President to own the delivery of complex projects and to drive transformation across global operations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, guide data-driven problem solving, and shape the firm’s operating model with senior leadership. You’ll mentor a small team, develop actionable recommendations, and present findings to executives, while advancing firmwide efficiency and client or employee experience

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with a top-tier management consulting firm, internal consulting organization, or corporate strategy team.
• Strong problem-solving and issue identification skills, with the ability to structure complex strategic questions.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Fully own the day-to-day delivery of a project spanning process improvement, organizational transformation, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop project content and actively lead team problem-solving sessions.
• Lead data collection, modeling and analysis to test hypotheses and derive insights.
• Produce high-quality presentations to summarize findings and influence senior leaders.
• Coach and mentor a team of junior Analysts & Associates to project completion.
