Qualifications

• 7+ years in product strategy, program management, or similar roles with delivery in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and maintain momentum amid ambiguity.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy-to-execution connectivity, planning rigor, and senior stakeholder alignment across Commerce Payments.
• Develop and maintain understanding of the product roadmap, user experience, and core product areas.
• Drive long-term strategy and roadmap optimization with emphasis on horizon initiatives.
• Create executive-ready narratives and materials (business reviews, strategy readouts, leadership updates).
• Coordinate with Risk, Controls, Legal, and Compliance to ensure governance and execution discipline.
• Establish best practices for stakeholder communications, planning routines, and strategy articulation.
