Job summary

Chase is seeking a Vice President, Strategy & Planning for Commerce Payments in New York. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, lead integrated planning, and craft executive-ready narratives to align product, technology, analytics, finance, and partners across the organization.

You will drive long-term strategy, manage dependencies, and partner with Risk, Legal, and Compliance to sustain strong governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product strategy, program management, product management, chief-of-staff/strategy & planning, or similar roles.
• Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and drive clarity amid ambiguity.
• Analytical synthesis and judgment to distill complex inputs and iterate with stakeholders.
• Strong strategic planning and program leadership with executive communication.
• Influence and collaboration across a matrixed organization.
• Risk and controls mindset with governance and execution discipline.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Jira/Confluence.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy-to-execution connectivity, planning rigor, and senior stakeholder alignment.
• Develop and maintain understanding of the Commerce Payments product roadmap and user experience.
• Lead long-term strategy and roadmap optimization with a focus on outcomes.
• Create executive-ready narratives and materials communicating strategy and results.
• Partner across functions to maximize business value and resolve dependencies.
• Own integrated planning and operating cadence; track progress and updates.
• Coordinate with Risk, Controls, Legal, and Compliance for governance.
• Establish best practices for stakeholder communications and planning.
