Job summary

Skydance Games, a division of Paramount, is seeking a VP, Head of Strategy & Business Operations to serve as a senior strategic partner to the division's leadership team and build the operating foundation for our growing games business.

This executive sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, finance and operations, leading the division's long-range strategy and data infrastructure in a highly matrixed global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
• Experience building financial models and dashboards.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine division strategy and long-range plans with Games leadership.
• Lead KPI architecture and data infrastructure for commercial and operational performance.
• Model major Paramount Games deals and evaluate scenarios.
• Deliver regular competitive intelligence to leadership and stakeholders.
• Own the operating rhythm, leadership meetings, and quarterly reviews.
• Drive cross-functional projects and build an upcoming Strategy & BO team.
