Skydance is seeking a senior leader to run the Paramount Consumer Products relationship with Amazon, driving a strategic, multi-year plan across Vendor Central, Seller Central, and the broader marketplace ecosystem. You will guide cross-functional teams (buying, marketing, retail media) and steward data-driven decisions to grow revenue and brand presence.

You will oversee digital shelf and catalog health, optimize search, and manage promotional investments with Amazon.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in retail development or key accounts with Amazon or a similar large e-commerce retailer.
• Experience in entertainment or licensing is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central.
• Knowledge of retail media offerings and omni-channel partners.
• Proven ability to lead teams with executive guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Paramount Consumer Products relationship with Amazon and the club channel.
• Create and implement a detailed strategy for Paramount Products & Experiences with Amazon.
• Manage Joint Business Planning to improve relationships and achieve revenue goals.
• Grow revenue by supporting licensees and maximizing opportunities across buying, marketing, and retail media.
• Guide data-driven account team decision making and track performance.
• Lead digital shelf strategy including page content, search optimization, and catalog health.
• Oversee promotional and retail media investments with Amazon.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategy and execution.
• Provide team guidance and long-term coaching to direct reports.
• Own P&L responsibilities including budgets and forecasts for Amazon.
• Represent Amazon in cross-functional senior forums within a matrixed organization.
