Overview

The Vice President, Strategy & Operations, Americas (LAC), is responsible for leading the regional strategy and operations agenda, ensuring alignment between global priorities and regional execution to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and business performance across Latin America and the Americas. This role partners closely with regional and global leaders to strengthen governance, accelerate strategic initiatives, lead business transformation, oversee M&A integration, and manage business risk across one of Mastercard's most dynamic and complex regions.

• Lead the regional business risk agenda by identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational, financial, compliance, and organizational risks.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with regional senior leaders, including the LAC President, to help shape and drive the region’s overall strategy.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
