We are seeking a Vice President, Product Management, North America to lead regional product management activities and drive the growth and performance of the CA&E portfolio across Marketing Services, Rewards & Offers, and Personalization. This leader will be responsible for maximizing the performance of the current portfolio while identifying evolving customer and market needs across North America and translating those insights into new products, capabilities, and growth opportunities. The role will play an important part in helping shape the future of consumer engagement as AI, personalization, and agentic commerce continue to transform how consumers discover, decide, engage, and transact.

Role

The Vice President will serve as a regional product management leader for CA&E in North America, connecting customer and market needs with Mastercard's global product strategy and innovation priorities. This role will drive regional product priorities, manage portfolio performance, and support investment planning while ensuring products are effectively localized, differentiated, and scaled across the market. A key component of the role will be leading new product development initiatives and innovation efforts in partnership with regional and global stakeholders. The successful candidate will help bring the next generation of CA&E solutions to market by leveraging Mastercard's differentiated data, technology, AI capabilities, and broader ecosystem. The VP will work closely with Global Product, CA&E Commercialization, Sales, Account Management, Technology, and other cross-functional teams to translate strategy into scalable products and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Global Product teams to provide regional market insights that inform global roadmaps and support the deployment of relevant capabilities and use cases within North America.
  • Evaluate opportunities to scale, evolve, build, partner, or rationalize solutions across the product portfolio.
  • Monitor product performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Portfolio Performance & Investment Management. Manage regional product performance, forecasting activities, and budget planning processes.
  • Support investment prioritization and business case development for high-growth and high-value opportunities.
  • Drive strong product economics, pricing strategies, and commercialization approaches that support sustainable growth.
  • Monitor customer adoption, product utilization, business impact, and portfolio performance metrics. Partner with Finance and Commercialization teams to ensure alignment of growth objectives and investment decisions.
  • New Product Development & Innovation. Identify unmet customer needs and collaborate with global and regional teams to develop new products, capabilities, and business opportunities.
  • Lead regional pilots and product innovation initiatives from concept through validation, commercialization, and scale.
  • Assess the impact of AI, agentic commerce, personalization, data, and emerging technologies on consumer acquisition and engagement.
  • Partner across Mastercard to develop differentiated solutions that leverage the company's data assets, technology, network, and trusted brand.
  • Contribute to innovation planning by bringing customer, market, and competitive perspectives into product development discussions.
  • Go‑to‑Market & Scaling. Partner closely with the CA&E Commercialization lead on product localization and go‑to‑market strategies for North America.
  • Help shape customer value propositions, sales enablement materials, and scalable commercial models tailored to priority customer segments.
  • Serve as a senior product subject matter expert for customers and internal stakeholders, particularly in strategic and complex opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to incorporate customer feedback into product enhancements and growth initiatives.
  • Manage key external partners and vendors that support product innovation, delivery, and growth.
