Equifax, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Strategy to shape the Workforce Solutions strategic trajectory and accelerate growth across business units and COEs.

Located in Clayton, MO, the role focuses on translating market dynamics into growth plans and advising senior leadership. You will lead cross-functional strategy projects, synthesize insights for executive decision-making, and collaborate with M&A teams to assess strategic fits.

Formación

• 10+ years in strategy roles, 3+ in top-tier management consulting, leading multiple cross-enterprise projects.
• Experience framing complex, ambiguous problems with quantitative analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with GenAI for strategic insights, sizing, and storytelling.

Responsabilidades

• Synthesize macro, industry, and competitive trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead end-to-end strategy projects evaluating growth vectors and market entry.
• Partner with BU/COE leaders to define and refine strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate executive sessions to identify priorities and feed into annual planning.
• Collaborate with M&A and corporate development on acquisition targets and partnerships.
• Support annual Strategic Planning with stress-tested financial models and board-ready materials.
• Serve as liaison between Corporate Strategy and business units, communicating enterprise strategy.
