You will manage executive workflows, coordinate international travel, prepare confidential materials, and drive cross-functional alignment across senior leadership while safeguarding sensitive information and championing efficiency through modern enterprise technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive executive support experience supporting Senior Vice Presidents or C-suite executives.
• Business acumen and experience managing workflows around fiscal calendars or similar.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and digital collaboration platforms.
• Proven expertise managing complex, multi-time-zone calendar logistics and executive travel planning.
• Experience handling highly confidential financial, strategic, and personnel information with integrity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with cross-functional leadership teams.
• Experience in a hybrid office environment with corporate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic administrative and operational partnership to the SVP HR; triage daily priorities and prepare for financial milestones and reviews.
• Manage master executive calendar logistics across multi-time-zone stakeholders and protect deep-work time.
• Create polished executive presentations, dashboards, and briefing materials for reviews.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, and budget tracking.
• Screen confidential inquiries and handle high-visibility communications with discretion.
• Lead logistics for leadership conferences and town halls, including AV setup and content distribution.
• Leverage enterprise tech and AI tools to optimize workflows and admin processes.
