Job summary

Equifax, Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to align talent programs with enterprise goals across a matrixed organization. You will support performance, learning, organizational design, employee relations, and workforce planning in the St. Louis area.

Reporting to the VP, HR, this role operates mainly in-office (St. Louis, Clayton, MO) with Friday remote flexibility, collaborating with global HR teams to drive people strategies and improve morale and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as a consultative HR Business Partner.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align HR strategy with business goals.
• Coach managers on org design, development, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on open roles and hiring strategies.
• Oversee workforce planning, headcount tracking, and talent reviews.
