Job summary

Equifax is seeking a Vice President of Strategy to shape the Workforce Solutions strategic trajectory and accelerate growth across BUs and COEs. You will advise the President, COO, and senior leaders, translating market dynamics into enterprise plans.

The role is based in Clayton, MO with in-office collaboration four days a week and Friday remote work. You will lead high-impact strategy projects, quantify business impact, and drive cross-functional initiatives aligned with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy-focused roles
• 3+ years in top-tier management consulting
• Strong quantitative and financial analysis
• Advanced GenAI tools for strategic analysis
• Executive communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Synthesize macro, industry, and competitive trends to identify strategic opportunities and risks for Equifax.
• Lead end-to-end strategy projects to evaluate growth vectors and quantify business impact.
• Partner with BU/COE leaders to define and refine strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate executive working sessions to identify growth priorities and feed recommendations.
• Collaborate with M&A and corporate development to assess strategic fit of targets and partnerships.
• Support annual Strategic Planning with stress-testing financial models and Board materials.
• Act as liaison between Corporate Strategy and business units, synthesizing insights across the organization.
