Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in strategy roles.
• Experience in Biopharma Services or related pharma functions.
• Understanding of purchasing decisions for HUB, RWE, 3PL.
• Healthcare provider side experience preferred.
• Consulting experience in healthcare or life sciences preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen and analytics.
• Familiar with the strategic landscape for specialty pharma services.
• Mergers, acquisitions or partnerships experience preferred.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with high integrity and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development for Specialty businesses and align with broader strategies.
• Create best-in-class content to support strategic recommendations.
• Anticipate industry shifts and align strategy accordingly.
• Identify portfolio gaps and scalable capabilities.
• Lead business case development for new initiatives and launches.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of strategic opportunities.
• Drive BU mergers and acquisitions with Corporate Development.
• Advise leaders on strategic direction and objectives.
• Hire, coach and develop Strategy team with a high-performance culture.
