The ideal candidate has 10+ years in strategy roles, experience in Biopharma services, and strong financial and analytical skills. Travel about 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Master's degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy roles.
• Experience in Biopharma Services or related pharmaceutical sectors.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen and analytics.
• Travel expectation: 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development for Specialty businesses and cross-link with other strategies.
• Prepare best-in-class content to support strategic recommendations.
• Anticipate industry evolution and align on strategic direction.
• Identify gaps and scalable capabilities within the portfolio.
• Lead business case development for new initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of strategic opportunities.
• Drive M&A processes with Corporate Development and post-integration oversight.
• Advise senior leaders on strategy and objectives.
• Manage the Strategy & Business Development team and foster accountability.
