The Lymphoma Research Foundation seeks a dynamic Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to secure and grow partnerships with pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, and community organizations. The role develops new collaborations through sponsorships, marketing, and research support, reporting to the CEO and supervising the Director of Institutional and Community Partnerships.

The position is based in New York City with a flex schedule; NYC office Tuesdays–Thursdays and option to work remotely

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of demonstrated success in strategic partnerships or corporate development, ideally healthcare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with senior executives and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record of developing, managing and executing strategic partnerships.
• Ability to negotiate and influence priorities for mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Proficiency in grant writing and submissions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; travel up to 30%.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRMs such as Raiser’s Edge.
• Valid driver’s license; able to lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage portfolio of industry/institutional/community partners and prospects; relationship management, solicitation, stewardship, and long-term engagement.
• Develop sector-specific strategy and customized partnership opportunities aligned with goals.
• Cultivate partnerships to support programs, research portfolio, services and events; build long-term relationships beyond funding.
• Oversee pharmaceutical/biotech grant portfolio and interact across commercial, medical, policy and grant areas.
• Establish sponsorship benefits and conduct annual assessment of benefits portfolio.
• Develop guidelines to ensure sponsorships meet industry standards and are delivered timely.
• Share pharmaceutical insights to assist program development.
• Provide recommendations to executives on prioritization and revenue optimization.
• Supervise the Director of Institutional and Community Partnerships.
• Report KPIs and impact metrics to assess department activities.
• Manage department annual budget with monthly reconciliation and forecasting.
• Represent the Foundation at national events and regional meetings.
