Job summary

Lymphoma Foundation is seeking a Senior Research Grants Manager to coordinate the grant portfolio workflow and administrative protocols within the Research Department. The role reports to the Director of Research Grants and Initiatives and is based in New York City with a flex schedule; NY staff work in-office Tue–Thu while remote options are available Mon and Fri.

Salary range: $90,000–$97,000 per year. The position requires 5+ years of grant management experience, strong MS Office and Excel

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of paid work experience managing grant portfolios.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
• Experience with ProposalCentral, SharePoint, and related systems.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grant portfolio workflow and administrative protocols.
• Maintain grantee records in ProposalCentral and SharePoint.
• Track program metrics and grantee publications.
• Coordinate grantee payments with Finance.
• Support SAB communications and meeting logistics.
• Prepare meeting materials and provide day-of-event support.
• Stay current on lymphoma research and grant landscape.
