Qualifications

• PhD in biomedical sciences or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years executive leadership in clinical research within an integrated health system.
• Experience expanding industry-sponsored trials; collaboration with Academic Medical Centers.
• Strong leadership, communication, and ROI orientation.
• Knowledge of FDA, GCP, IRB processes and research compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic research vision across the health system.
• Oversee multi-site research initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Expand industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated trials in non-oncology areas.
• Build partnerships with Academic Medical Centers and industry sponsors.
• Provide executive oversight of research operations and budget management.
