Upgrade is seeking a strategic, commercially driven leader for the VP, Strategic Partnerships role. You will expand our personal lending business through high‑impact enterprise partnerships, negotiating terms and guiding end‑to‑end implementation.

This remote‑flexible role targets senior relationships with financial institutions, fintechs, and consumer brands across the US. You will work with Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Risk to shape partnership strategies, manage

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic partnerships or business development.
• Experience in fintech or consumer lending.
• Proven ability to close complex commercial agreements.
• Cross‑functional leadership with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Product and Engineering.
• Excellent negotiation and executive presence.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage a pipeline of white-label or enterprise partnerships.
• Develop target lists based on strategic fit and revenue potential.
• Represent Upgrade at events and in outreach to decision‑makers.
