Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in fundraising and development.
• Proven track record soliciting and closing gifts, grants, and investments.
• Existing relationships with UHNW individuals, family offices, and advisors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior external fundraiser for Social Finance with accountability for raising $20M+ annually in grants and investments.
• Identify, qualify, and cultivate UHNW prospects and family offices to expand Social Finance's fundraising network.
• Develop and steward relationships across advisor ecosystems and ensure effective donor engagement.
• Represent Social Finance across fundraising priorities with clear articulation of complex investment structures.
• Collaborate with CPO/CEO/President & COO on relationships and travel for engagement.
• Maintain a robust schedule of meetings and travel (25–30% of time) to key regional markets.
