Job summary

Opportunity Finance Network (OFN) seeks a Senior Vice President, Philanthropy to lead institutional giving, sponsorships, and donor stewardship as the organization scales its fundraising infrastructure.

You will build a diversified portfolio of foundations, family offices, and high-net-worth supporters, shape strategy with the Senior Leadership Team, and grow seven- and eight-figure gifts while aligning philanthropy with OFN’s mission to expand community finance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively senior fundraising or philanthropic leadership experience.
• Proven success securing seven- and eight-figure gifts and cultivating high-net-worth families.
• Experience managing complex relationships across foundations, corporations, and major philanthropic investors.
• Experience leading philanthropy teams and building funding pipelines.
• Ability to develop long-term partnerships and strategic fundraising plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute OFN’s philanthropy and partnership strategy to support organizational growth.
• Lead identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of seven- and eight-figure philanthropic partnerships.
• Oversee institutional philanthropy, donor stewardship, conference sponsorships, and partnership management.
• Build and manage a diversified portfolio of philanthropic partnerships across foundations, corporate philanthropy, family foundations and family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Collaborate with OFN’s leadership to align philanthropic strategies with organizational needs and capital markets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing philanthropy team with clear goals and metrics.
