Job summary

hireneXus is seeking a transformational Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions to lead the corporate development function in a fast-growing, PE-backed home-based care platform. You will source, evaluate, and execute acquisitions while guiding integration and value creation across markets.

The role requires deep healthcare M&A experience, strong financial acumen, and the ability to operate with senior leadership and private equity sponsors in a high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of healthcare M&A/ corporate development experience.
• Experience leading full M&A lifecycle incl. diligence and integration.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s M&A and market expansion strategy across geographies and service lines.
• Identify and prioritize acquisition opportunities aligned with growth objectives.
• Build and scale corporate development infrastructure and playbooks.
• Lead all phases of the acquisition lifecycle from sourcing to integration.
• Collaborate with executives, PE sponsors, and cross-functional teams.
