Job summary

InnoCare Pharma is seeking a senior strategic leader to guide cross-functional teams across R&D, clinical development, and commercialization. The role focuses on shaping a 3–5 year international expansion plan and aligning portfolio decisions with corporate goals.

The candidate will liaise with CEO and external partners, assess market opportunities in oncology and autoimmune diseases, and manage risks and prioritization across programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in Biotechnology, Clinical Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 8 years in biopharma with drug development/clinical development understanding.
• Strong business acumen linking science, value, and market potential.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Track global biopharma developments in hematologic malignancies, solid tumors and autoimmune diseases.
• Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, clinical, legal and commercialization to advance programs.
• Support CEO on 3–5 year strategic plan, including international expansion and BD partnerships.
• Oversee clinical development planning, execution and regulatory alignment.
• Identify and mitigate risks in development programs and report progress to leadership and partners.
• Assess investment/M&A opportunities, participate in due diligence and negotiations.
