Job summary

InnoCare Pharma is seeking a senior leader based in Beijing to guide cross-functional teams through early to late-stage development, regulatory strategy, and commercialization. You will align R&D with corporate goals, drive portfolio prioritization, and manage international expansion efforts.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, 8+ years in biopharma, and strong English communication for global partnerships and board-level updates.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in Biotechnology, Clinical Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 8 years in biopharmaceuticals with development, regulatory, and commercialization exposure.
• Strong business acumen with ability to relate science to market potential.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English for international discussions and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Track global biopharma developments in hematologic malignancies, solid tumors, and autoimmune diseases.
• Lead cross-functional teams across research, clinical development, legal, and commercialization.
• Support CEO on 3–5 year strategic planning, international expansion, and BD partnerships.
• Oversee clinical development planning, prioritize projects, and allocate resources.
• Identify risks in development programs and prepare progress updates for senior management.
• Assess value and risks of investments and M&A opportunities; participate in due diligence.
